Gregg Davis has spent over 25 years in the kitchens of fine dining restaurants and country clubs-a dozen of them in total and during that time he learned the art of cooking, kitchen operations, and the sourcing of ingredients. He was privileged to have worked with numerous talented chefs, sous chefs, line cooks, and restaurateurs and then became a culinary educator, further refining his skills. He looks forward to bringing this wealth of experience to your next event.
We use no menus but instead provide our clients with a virtual cornucopia of dishes from which to choose – hors d’oeuvres, main dishes, and desserts, all complemented by luscious sauces and alluring garnishes. Our team will provide you with expert guidance and together we’ll design the event you had envisioned. We bake all of our pastry from scratch, craft our own sauces, and even make signature gelato, whole fruit sorbet, and vegan ice cream. In fact, we offer over 25 varieties of frozen desserts alone.
